Signing Ceremony for Arkansas River Trail System Agreement

I posted an article a while back about the Arkansas River Trail System. The trail system concept is coming a step closer to reality with the signing on Friday, June 1, at 10:00AM, of a Memorandum of Understanding between the various stakeholders in the endeavor.
